Working closely with the SENCO and other designated staff, Education Pathways will determine an appropriate education and reintegration plan for students referred to the service. Students can be taught at school, in the home or at another suitable venue such as a childrens centre or youth centre. Our charges are competitive and inclusive. School will not therefore have to pay additional costs for national insurance, pension contributions, sick pay or agency fees.
Funding for the service can be through Pupil Premium, the supply budget or special needs additional payments. School will be able to refer students quickly and will not be tied in to long term, often inflexible arrangements. Our experience in primary and secondary education allows us to draw on best practice in numerous academic environments
